The Experience…
Guests are seated upright grounded, present, and fully conscious. Sound washes over you in waves, and your mind is invited to listen, to notice, to follow the resonance.
Seated posture keeps the mind alert and engaged. It allows audience to witness the experience—to travel consciously through layers of sound, to feel the bowls communicate with different parts of the body.
The Awakening • 40 minutes reclined
After a 20-minute intermission, the concert resumes with guests reclined. The gentle give of laying on the bed, The body loses its sense of weight. Tension that clung to muscles without your knowing simply releases.
From here, the sound reaches deeper. The subconscious opens. The nervous system completes its descent into stillness. This is where healing happens, letting go into total, weightless surrender.
The Surrender • 40 minutes reclined
